Due to the rapid development in Saudi Arabia, there is a growing demand for recruitment. Many recent graduates and job seekers from other countries are eager to find opportunities in this fast-growing region. However, companies across various fields face challenges in streamlining their recruitment processes due to a lack of local platforms that can effectively support them. To address this gap, JustCV was founded as a leading platform for CV publishing and marketing, providing innovative and comprehensive solutions that professionally connect employers and employees.
The Company Portal
For the company side, the priority is to streamline the sign-up journey, ensuring it’s user-friendly and professional. This includes a seamless account creation process and the ability to easily set recruitment preferences. We want companies to experience a polished, easy-to-navigate interface, as this will be their first interaction with the product.
Setting company preferences is crucial to ensure alignment with potential candidates. The information required here will be same to what job seekers provide, helping streamline the matching process efficiently.
The Job Seeker Portal
For the job seeker side, our goal is to create a reliable platform. According to our research, many users of the original JUSTCV platform expressed concerns about whether their resumes were actually being sent to companies. Additionally, the recommended companies often didn’t align with their needs, and there was limited flexibility in selecting companies. These pain points are our main focus to address in the new version, ensuring a better experience for job seekers.
